Recently, the People's Government of Fuyang District, Hangzhou City issued a notice on printing and distributing the Action Plan for Cultivating Future Industries in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City (2025-2026).

The document points out that, in line with Hangzhou's future industry plan and combined with Fuyang's actual situation, priority should be given to the development of the hydrogen energy and energy storage sectors. Focus should be placed on the R&D and industrialisation layout of hydrogen energy production equipment, accelerating the exploration and landing into production of hydrogen fuel cells, stationary hydrogen fuel cell power generation systems, and hydrogen internal combustion engines, with a key focus on the development of hydrogen energy equipment manufacturing and new-type energy storage.

Strive to create a leading area for future industries. Adhering to district-wide coordination and differentiated development, the development zone should leverage its industrial foundation advantages in synthetic biology, humanoid robots, hydrogen energy, and energy storage, actively constructing the Bioscience Information Industrial Park and the Dongzhou "Robot Town", and planning and laying out future industry sectors such as the low-altitude economy and brain-like intelligence.
